How do online consultations work?
Sessions are conducted via phone or Zoom at your scheduled time. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with session details and a questionnaire to fill out before your consultation.
What do I need to prepare?
You'll need your birth date, birth time (as accurate as possible), and birth place. If you're uncertain about your birth time, we can work with Horary methods or offer birth-time rectification.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. For more details, please review our Terms of Service.
