• Mahadasha Planning: 60-minute comprehensive planning sessions for long-term life phases
• Birth-time Rectification: 25-minute sessions to determine accurate birth time

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

All consultations must be booked through our online booking system. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with session details.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website. All prices are in USD.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before session: Full refund available
• Less than 24 hours before session: 50% refund or option to reschedule
• No-show without notice: No refund

4.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours are subject to availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate birth information (date, time, and place)
• Complete the pre-consultation questionnaire if provided
• Join the session on time via the agreed communication method (phone or Zoom)
• Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during consultations
• Understand that astrology provides guidance, not absolute predictions
